The Daily Krapht – This Way to the Egress – “We Won’t Go”

This Way to the EgressThis Way to the Egress is a six-piece Gypsy-punk band lead by accordionist and founder Taylor Galassi. From Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and formed in 2008 the band incorporates elements of punk, Balkan, Klezmer, blues, reggae and ragtime with Americana folk-rock.

“We Won’t Go” is the first single the band is releasing off of their yet to be released album, Great Balancing Act which is due out in May. “We Won’t Go” is a lively and fun drinking song with a chorus even the inebriated can sing along with. Kick up your heels and dance along, we dare you to sit still through this one.

Great Balancing Act will be released May 19th. In the meantime, enjoy “We Won’t Go” by checking out the soundcloud link at the bottom. This Way to the Egress have a few dates planned as well, connect with them and see if they are coming to a city near you.
